Dallas, Texas – Servitas, LLC has hired David Braden as Vice President for Business Development. In Braden’s new role based at company headquarters in Irving, Texas he will be responsible for coordinating all business development efforts among the Servitas development, construction, and management services teams.
“I look forward to forging new relationships and partnerships for Servitas,” Braden said. “I’m excited to contribute my previous experience focusing on creating dynamic student-life environments across the country to the Servitas team.”
Braden’s previous experience includes over 20 years of public-private partnership experience both within higher education and with private developers including partnerships with Ohio University, the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, University of Alabama-Birmingham, Syracuse University, and California State University San Marcos. He has worked with P3 transactions valued more than $1.2B since starting one of the nation’s first at the University of Louisville in 1999.
“David’s vast portfolio of existing university relationships as well as his history of providing innovative solutions for administrators, owners, and stakeholders across the nation brings great expertise to Servias as our firm seeks to increase its on-campus presence” Vice President of Development Angel Rivera said.
Before joining Servitas, David served as Vice President of Management Services with EdR where he also held numerous leadership positions with Allen & O’Hara, EdR’s predecessor company. For the past seven years, David has worked with Capstone On-Campus Management as a Regional Vice President.
Braden has a Masters in Student Personnel Services in Higher Education and a Bachelors of Business Arts in Marketing and Business Management both from Eastern Kentucky University.
