DALLAS, TEXAS— Servitas LLC, a nationally renowned real estate development firm specializing in student housing, welcomes Christy Grimste as Assistant Vice President of Business Development. In Christy’s new role, based in Dallas, Texas, she will be responsible for coordinating business efforts among Servitas development and management services teams.
“I have a passion for helping meet the housing needs of college students,” Grimste said. “With Servitas’ exceptional vision, quality, and management capabilities, I’m excited to bring housing solutions to colleges across America.” Prior to joining Servitas, Christy served as the Acquisition and Development Manager for a student housing development firm where she helped develop over 3,300 beds valued at $600M. Christy has over 10 years of experience in operations audit and management, spending the last four years in commercial real estate, specifically student housing.

Christy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland System, and an MBA from the University of London.
