The on-campus, mix-use student housing community is located on Texas A&M University System land, one of the largest student housing public-private partnerships (p3) developments in the United States. Servitas manages the 3,406-bed facility and student life community. The project is a P3 tax-exempt revenue bond (permanent lender). The development includes three major buildings with 546 beds each, and one eight-story mixed-use apartment building with 1,886 beds.  Shaped in a “C” the five-story building have central courtyards with ample green space, outdoor kitchen, fire pit and pool entry. Each building also includes a two-bedroom, two-bath staff unit and maintenance support area.
