Bayview Student Living is FIU’s newest housing facility located on the Biscayne Bay campus offering an academically focused environment that helps students learn and grow outside the classroom. With over 16 study rooms and lounges we provide an enjoyable place to live that is walking distance to campus. This project is a tax-exempt revenue bond p3 with a permanent lender. Servitas provides full operations and management.
