The newest on-campus housing for Blinn College consists of 464 fully furnished beds arranged in suite-style units. The project will also include 9,000 square feet of common space including study space, an outdoor courtyard, and a large state-of-the-art engineering classroom for student to take remote classes. The project was funded by USDA Financing for 40 years, Servitas has shared property management with the College.
