Telluride, Colorado
Servitas was selected to provide the Town of Telluride with its very first public-private partnership, developing 39 units of attainable housing in a variety of forms to fulfill the town’s goals. The site is adjacent to the Town’s highly coveted historic district, mere steps from the town lift, and features a for-sale and for-rent component. Apartment homes will be restricted in perpetuity at 80%-150% of AMI. For-sale townhomes will provide access to home ownership, and all sale proceeds will support the project’s financial viability and debt repayment.
The development prioritizes one- and two-bedroom units and will feature deck space for each resident, in-unit washers and dryers, and HARC-compliant design.
The Canyonlands-Tower House project will provide long-term cash flow to the Town and ultimately ownership will transfer to the Town of Telluride. A fast construction delivery is prioritized, sequencing the for-sale Town Homes on Tower House first, then pivoting to breaking ground on the Canyonlands site, all construction is to be delivered 12 months after groundbreaking
