Servitas in house construction management division focuses solely on student housing projects, with a fully integrated team of estimating, construction and management professionals. We work with the general contractor team members during the pre-construction and construction phases to continually evaluate all aspects of cost, quality, schedule and safety.

Our construction team continues communication with the on-site management group after completion to ensure their needs are met, issues with the building are addressed, and the warranty process is successfully implemented and operated.
