National Park College, recognizing high demand and short supply of student housing on their campus, has approved a resolution authorizing a new student housing development with Servitas to lead the project, continuing their partnership after working together through the development of National Park College’s first-time housing development, Dogwood Hall. The resolution allows the College to fund portions of the project, which will be reimbursed through the project financing.
This new development will bring 200 student beds to the campus and is expected to generate $1.5B in revenue over the life of the ground lease. The College’s resolution provides $1M of College money upfront to begin site work and expedite the schedule. Servitas is providing the full scope of development services including design, build, finance, property management operations, and maintenance.
