Mill Creek Hall was financed with a USDA Loan for 40 years at 2.5% and will generate $98M for Blinn College. Competitive rents will help reduce the 800+ students currently waitlisted for on-campus housing. Servitas has shared property management with the College. Key support services by Servitas include: provide and maintain an interactive website for applications, work orders, information, and resident events as well as providing groundskeeping and facilities maintenance. Servitas also performs accounting and analytics, comprehensive facility management, reporting and forecasting, asset management, and risk management. Blinn College oversees residence life, marketing, leasing, and roommate assignment.
