Servitas continued engagement with the University of Evansville in the development of their next housing project on the University campus. The new apartments provide a 4-story mix-used structure with 123 upperclassman student beds and approximately 3,500 square feet of ground floor retail space including an outdoor patio. The residential portion is entirely single occupancy apartments with a mixture of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 4-bedroom unit types. All units provide a living room and full kitchen. This facility is designed to follow the trend of more privacy desired as students age and move through their university experience.  

The project was financed by the University and opened to great popularity for the Fall term 2024.
