The Stack at Legacy Point and staff took home three awards at the Bryan/College Station Apartment Association’s (BCSAA) Annual Award Presentation and Installation Ceremony, held in College Station, TX on December 4, 2015. The winning awards were Property of the Year for the second consecutive year, Assistant Property Manager of the Year, and Maintenance Technician of the Year. The property was also nominated for Property Manager of the Year.
“We strive to ensure our residents enjoy their time here by providing quality customer service and displaying our appreciation through resident functions and parties,” says Tiffany Schneider, Property Manager at The Stack. Schneider, a past Property Manager of the Year winner in 2014, was delighted her team was recognized. Joseph Collatos, Assistant Property Manager and Resident Director, has been with The Stack since 2012 while the property was still being constructed. Scott Davidson, Facilities Director, who joined The Stack in 2015 and has 12 years of maintenance and management experience was also honored. “Our team is a big part of what makes The Stack a great place to live,” says Schneider. “It’s the experience they help create that makes The Stack a place unlike any other in our market.”
All BCSAA individuals and properties are nominated by other association members. Winners are then selected by Executive Directors of other Texas associations. BCSAA , a local affiliate of the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association, currently has more than 350 members representing more than 29,000 rental units.
